Duties
|
Student Ambassadors assist with a wide variety of projects to support the Student Affairs Division and college. This position focuses on supporting the front desk staff and students within Enrollment Services, including but not limited to Advising, Registration, Admissions, and Financial Aid. This position is flexible and can adapt to students' strengths and areas where they would like to gain work experience—no prior job experience is needed.
Primary Job Duties:
1. Make phone calls for calling campaigns professionally and courteously.
2. Transfer phone calls to departments/staff to answer student questions.
3. Document results of phone calls in spreadsheets/CRM in an organized manner and as instructed.
4. Monitor the advising email and phone line.
5. Data entry and registration session coordination
6. Help with Tuesday campus visits
7. Other duties as assigned to support the Enrollment Services Division and college.

Qualifications
|
The ideal candidate is organized, has good computer skills, desires to provide high-quality customer service, and can communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Work Schedule |
Monday-Friday, between the hours 7:30am-4pm. Set days/times that are flexible around students' availability.
