Duties
|
Student Ambassadors assist with a wide variety of projects to support the Student Affairs Division and college. This position’s focus is to support calling campaigns to current and prospective students to support departments within Student Affairs, including but not limited to: Enrollment Services, Advising, Registration, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Life, and TRIO/Student Support Services. Student Ambassador positions are flexible and can adapt to student’s strengths and areas they would like to gain work experience. No prior job experience needed.
Primary Job Duties:
1. Make phone calls for calling campaigns in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing a script while also adapting as needed to respond to student questions.
2. Transfer phone calls to departments/staff to answer student questions.
3. Document results of phone calls in spreadsheets/CRM in an organized manner and as instructed.
4. Proactively communicate with lead workers of calling campaigns with questions and to provide status updates.
5. Other duties as assigned to support the Student Affairs Division and college.

Qualifications
|
The ideal candidate is organized, has good computer skills, desires to provide high quality customer service, and is able to communication effectively verbally and in writing.

Work Schedule |
Monday-Friday, between the hours 7:30am-4pm. Set days/times flexible around student’s availability. |
