Duties
|
• Order snacks from Sam’s, pick up orders and bring to Inver Hills
• Order Saturday Academy food through EZ Cater
• Outreach to MIA students
• Create MS Forms for event RSVPs, monitor responses, nudge students who haven’t replied
• Help prep supplies for workshops
• Help with set up and clean up at program events
• Summer hours as a tutor mentor
• Attend team meetings
• Manage inventory in storage
• Create stipend spreadsheets
• Pull contact reports from program database
